1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using kaalia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Role of GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd Through kaalia.com, GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd acts as an intermediary/marketplace connecting Clients (Booking Party) with Talents (Models, Photographers, Artists).
- We are not the direct employer of the Talents.
- We facilitate the booking and payment process but are not responsible for the personal conduct of Talents or Clients during the assignment.
3. User Obligations
- Talents: You agree that all portfolio images and information provided are accurate and current. You agree to conduct yourself professionally during all bookings.
- Clients: You agree to provide a safe working environment for Talents. Any form of harassment or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
4. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made through the Kaalia platform.
- Payments are processed via Razorpay. Full payment (or the agreed deposit) is required to confirm a booking.
- Circumvention of the platform to book Talents directly is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or any disputes between Clients and Talents.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
