1. Cancellation by the Talent In the rare event that a Talent cancels a confirmed booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:
- The Client will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Alternatively, GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd can assist in finding a replacement Talent of similar value.
2. Cancellation by the Client If the Client wishes to cancel a booking, the following charges apply:
- More than 48 hours before the shoot: 100% Refund (minus a 5% payment processing fee).
- 24 to 48 hours before the shoot: 50% Refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the shoot: No Refund.
3. Quality Disputes GroomX Knowledge Works Pvt Ltd acts as a facilitator. If a Client is dissatisfied with the Talent’s performance:
- The Client must notify us at info@kaalia.com within 24 hours of the assignment completion.
- We will investigate the dispute impartially. Refunds in these cases are at the sole discretion of management based on evidence provided.
4. Refund Processing Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Source Account).
